Interested in using online DiSC® Profiles? We offer 3 options for distributing the access codes participants use to complete the DiSC Profile assessment. If you prefer the hard copy booklet version of DiSC, please visit our DiSC Profile page.
How it Works
A unique access code will be issued for each DiSC Profile Assessment you order. Access codes can be:
- Delivered instantly to a single email address.
- Delivered to several people based on a list you provide.
- Distributed by you through your own online account.
Option 1: Access Codes Delivered Instantly to a Single Email Address
This is the fastest option. Simply:
- Choose whether participants should see their assessment results.
- Enter a quantity then checkout.
- Check your inbox for our email containing your access code(s).
Orders for multiple profiles include instructions you can use to send access codes to participants.

Note: If you choose to hide results we will email your profile report(s) within two hours of completion. Reports are sent during normal business hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, M - F to the email address provided during checkout.
Due to supplier agreements instant online access code delivery is only available for U.S. and Canadian customers. A representative will contact you during normal business hours if you checkout using a mailing address outside of the U.S. or Canada.
Option 2: Have Corexcel Send Profile Access Codes for You
We are more than happy to distribute access codes for you for free.
This option is recommended for busy professionals ordering more than one online profile. Orders using this option are processed manually during normal business hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, M - F.
To have Corexcel send your access codes for you simply:
- Determine how to provide us your participant information (choices outlined below).
- Choose whether participants should see their assessment results.
- Enter the quantity and checkout.

Options for providing participant names & email addresses:
- Enter them in the special requests box during checkout.
- Include them in an email reply to your order receipt.
- Do nothing and a Corexcel representative will contact you.
Since this is a manual process, emails will be sent to your participants during normal business hours, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, M - F. If you prefer, we can contact you for the names. Simply checkout and do nothing. One of our representatives will contact you during normal business hours.
EPIC accounts are recommended for organizations with 25 or more people and that plan to use DiSC on an on-going basis. They are also perfect for consultants as a way to brand their services and put their contact information in front of clients.
Option 3: Send Profile Access Codes Yourself with an EPIC Account
This is a great option for people or organizations who want to brand profile report covers with their logo, website, contact information or all of the above. An EPIC Account provides flexibility and additional functionality allowing you to:
- Access free team view group reports.
- Access paid facilitator reports & group culture reports.
- Brand profile report covers with your logo & contact information.
- Brand the website splash page where participants access the assessment questionnaire.
- Customize emails participants receive with their access code.
- Deliver profile access codes 24/7/365.
- Retrieving profile reports 24/7/365.
- Organize profile reports in folders for easy retrieval.
To send access codes using your own EPIC Account simply:
- Enter the assessment quantity and click Add to Cart.
- If ordering less than 25 click the Continue Shopping button in the cart to return to this page. This will give you the ability to add the EPIC Account to your order.
- Wait for one of our representatives to contact you.

A representative will automatically contact you to set up the account after your order is placed. EPIC accounts can be set up on the same day if they are ordered by 5:00 p.m. EST.
