Whether it’s learning to improve conflict situations or to create supervisors who manage with impact, you will be able to continue adding value to your learners over time using Everything DiSC on Catalyst.

Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst and Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst improve on the traditional Workplace and Agile EQ experiences to better support real-world application of the learning concepts. The result is an experience that transforms the traditional once-and-done training event into an ongoing learning process. Three notable differences are:

Traditional Workplace and Agile EQ content has been refactored into eight learning modules. Unlike the traditional experiences, each module is self-contained and can be done alone or with colleagues. The Catalyst design enables group training sessions that can be easily customized to meet a wider range of time or group-size constraints.

Workplace modules include:

All learning modules may be delivered individually or together as a single event. Our goal is to equip facilitators with more options to address emerging learning trends around shorter sessions.

The Catalyst platform acts as a personalized, online access point for participants to use throughout their DiSC journey. On the platform, learners take their DiSC assessment, gain access to their assessment results and their Workplace and/or Agile EQ learning content. They can run comparison reports against their colleagues plus access tips for more effective interactions in real time.

As organizations continue with remote work brought on by COVID-19, the Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst and Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst facilitation is designed to support virtual or in-person training. It includes:

• Virtual facilitation (for use with videoconferencing technology)
• Classroom facilitation (for face-to-face sessions)

Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst uses the best-selling Everything DiSC Workplace assessments but takes it to the next level. Intended to help build more effective & lasting relationships at work, Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst will help your people adapt to colleagues in real-time. With the base Workplace experience, participants will:

Individuals who work within, or are associated with, an organization will get even more out of the learning experience because they will be able access to the Your Colleagues feature - a capability that allows learners to compare themselves to their colleagues. They will also receive real-time tips for more effective interactions at work.

Continue your DiSC journey with the Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst add-on. The Agile EQ experience is designed to teach people how to read emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and how to respond accordingly.

Participants will discover an agile approach to workplace interactions which will empower them to meet the demands of virtually any situation. Agile EQ participants will:

No. The Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst add-on experience requires the Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst base experience. Once learners have access to both Workplace and Agile EQ content on Catalyst, facilitators are empowered to facilitate any module within both applications in any order to best addresses the needs of each group.

The Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst assessment takes 20-30 minutes to complete. If a participant is assigned Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst using a previously taken Everything DiSC assessment, it will only take 5-10 minutes to complete. Participants who upgrade from a DiSC Classic assessment will take the full Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst assessment which takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

Catalyst is an online learning platform that serves as a single access point participants who complete and Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment. The platform was designed to support instructor-led facilitation or individual exploration. Catalyst helps to integrate DiSC into your workflow. With Catalyst, participants will:

• Take the Everything DiSC personality assessment
• Discover their DiSC style & improve self-understanding
• Compare their styles with colleagues and gain tips for more effective interactions
• Access social & emotional training content — personalized to their unique DiSC style

With Catalyst, Everything DiSC promotes a lasting impact on employee performance and organizational culture.

No. Catalyst is designed for learners to access their personalized DiSC content. Sharing via webinar or video conference would not be appropriate.

No. Catalyst platform content is created and managed by the Catalyst team. It is based on a participant's unique DiSC results and the DiSC results of their colleagues.

Yes. DiSC style podcasts are available within the Your DiSC Style section of the Catalyst platform. After completing the assessment, participants gain access to the podcast that coincides with their DiSC style.

Yes. The report will appear in the Download Reports section on the Catalyst platform.
